From start to finish Cozy Outdoor Escapes was top notch in all facets of customer service, pricing, and workmanship. We did our due diligence and spoke to several companies for our outdoor kitchen product and was immediately impressed with the planning and pricing and prompt communication of Cozy Outdoor Escapes. My wife and I are extremely critical when it comes to customer service most importantly on the communication and transparency front. We spoke to both Travis and Chris and they took care of us through the entire process. Their communication is consistent and timely and we were never in the dark with our project timeline. Every trade that came to our home, was professional, prompt and on time. There are not enough great things to say about our overall experience and satisfaction with Cozy Outdoor Escapes. We highly recommend them for any of your custom kitchen construction needs.

This company and Chris were great. After Chris found out his supplier was back ordered on the gas logs I wanted, his team came and installed another type of gas logs they had in stock so I could at least have my fireplace running during the cold weather. When the logs I ordered came in, his team came and replaced my temporary set with them. Great customer service and communication from this company!

They did a great job with the gas logs in my fireplace. The first unit was too large and they were very apologetic and made sure to quickly get me a unit that fit right. Highly recommended!

Chris, at Cozy Outdoor Escapes, was very knowledgeable about the products and was very forthcoming regarding my scheduling and follow-up pertaining to my outdoor kitchen install.
